The Little Dragon and the Storm of Emotions 🐉
Once upon a time, there was a little dragon with a tender heart.
This little dragon lived in a soft and colorful world… but sometimes, inside him, everything became agitated.
One day, without warning, a great storm erupted in his belly.
His heart beat fast, his wings trembled, and a burning fire rose within him.
— "Why do I feel all this?" asked the little dragon, worried.
He was afraid of his emotions. Sometimes, they came out like flames that were too strong, and he didn't know how to stop them.
So, he decided to go on a journey to understand what was happening inside him.
On his way, he met a wise old turtle.
— "Your emotions are not your enemies," she gently explained.
"They are there to speak to you. You must learn to listen to them."
She showed him how to breathe slowly, like a wave that comes and goes.
She taught him to recognize each emotion: anger like a fire, sadness like rain, joy like sunshine.
Little by little, the dragon understood.
When the storm returned, he no longer panicked.
He set his paws down, breathed deeply… and listened to what his heart wanted to tell him.
And you know what?
The fire no longer burned everything in its path.
It became a gentle warmth, capable of illuminating and warming.
Since that day, the little dragon is no longer afraid of his emotions.
He learned that they were a part of him… and that he was strong enough to tame them.
And you can do it too 💛🐉
